This is the writing/fic journal for Wang Xi-feng, whom you won't have heard of. It is mostly friends only, not because I'm such a brilliant genius whose works are breathtakingly and astoundingly original and OMG U R ALL JSUT GELLIS, but because I'm a paranoid spaz. Also, I post rough drafts and unrevised versions, because I want some feedback on how they can be improved BEFORE they're posted publicly. However, I'm a talentless hack, so I can only do so much.

If you're wondering about the "mostly friends only" bit, that is because fic entries for daily15 are left public.

At the moment, I write predominantly Trojan War (NOT Troy) fic and originals, leaning mostly towards originals. You're most likely to suffer for my love of the Russian Revolution and feudal Japan. There are other fandoms I'm interested in, and I may or may not broaden to include those over time. We'll see.

I'm not good at assigning an MPAA-like rating, because I have a fairly high tolerance for most things. I write het and slash both, and have no real preference; I'd rather read good het than bad slash, and I'd rather read good slash than bad het. Teh Smut can and does appear from time to time, but it is not something I prefer to write and it is not the predominant genre in which I write.

I do try to warn for anything that anybody might find even remotely offensive. Basically, if I think it might possibly even vaguely happen to offend someone, there will be a warning for it; after that, I've discharged my obligations and it's not my responsibility to shield you from your own curiosity and/or desire to be offended. All this is as much to say, if you read the warnings and you think you might not like or might be offended by the story, DON'T READ IT. I will not be sympathetic if you ignore them and come sobbing to me.

If I know you or know who you are, I will gladly friend you. If you feel compelled to friend me, and we don't already know each other, I would like to know a little about you and how you found this place. Also: this is a fic-only journal and is basically used only to discuss fic. If you want fic, friend this journal. If you want Xi-feng, friend xifeng, which is her real journal and is as breathtaking and profound as the hamburger wrapper you threw away last Wednesday on your lunch hour.
